Murder-Suicide In Shippensburg, PA State Police Chambersburg Says
A report of "shots fired" in a mobile home park led troopers to the scene of an apparent murder-suicide, the Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release on Thursday, April 25, 2024.
The "domestic altercation where shots were fired" happened in Lenwood Park, Southampton Township, Shippensburg, around 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, Trooper Megan Frazer detailed in the release.

A toxicology report has revealed that the driver of a Honda Accord was on cocaine when he caused a quintuple fatal, three-vehicle crash at the Maryland and Pennsylvania state line, authorities announced in April 2024.

Accused Infant Abuser Commits Suicide On Last Day Of Trial: Lebanon DA
A man on trial for allegedly abusing his approximately 1-month-old infant son multiple times was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf announced.
Brian Paul Hungler, 33 of North Lebanon Township, was on bail during the trial in connection with the May 2022 abuse of his baby boy, according to the DA and public records.

A teenage girl who went missing nearly five months ago was found dead, officials explained on Tuesday, April 23.
Kaitlin "Lil Bit" Nicole Whoolery, 17 of Uniontown, was last last scene on Nov. 23, 2023, the Pennsylvania CrimeStoppers said in a release on April 3 as the search for her continued.
Uniontown City Police described Kaitlin as a 17-year-old, white female, who was 5'3" tall, weighing 115 lbs, she had a nose piercing, a cross-chain, and a bead necklace that says "Blake", according to the release.
