Parents Can Learn About Internet Safety In Pleasantville Program

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- A "Parenting in a Wired World" program will take place at Pleasantville High School auditorium on Wednesday, Jan. 13.

Laura A. Forbes, an assistant district attorney in Westchester County's High Technology Crimes Bureau, will discuss issues such as what's behind a child's screen, keeping kids safe in the digital age, parenting the tech generation and the antisocial side of social media.

The free program begins at 7 p.m. at the high school, 60 Romer Ave.
