MAMARONECK, N.Y. — Mamaroneck resident Gabriele Vitro died Wednesday, May 11. He was 105.
Vitro is survived by his daughter, Felicia DiFolco and her husband Frank; son, John Vitro; daughter, Marie Pace and her husband Peter; son, Joseph Vitro and his wife Alice; son, Anthony Vitro and his wife Anne; 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren, with two more on the way.
Vitro was predeceased by his wife, Maria Vitro (Gironda); grandson, Guy Vitro; and his brother and three sisters in Italy.
To honor his life, family and friends will gather from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 767 E. Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vito's Church with entombment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
