Matthew Miranti, 26, of Pine Street was reportedly found to have "eight folds of heroin, a small plastic bag containing two additional grams of heroin, and a needle and a spoon used to shoot the drug," according to the Trumbull Times.

A second suspect had all charges dropped, according to Connecticut Superior Court.

The substances were reportedly not in the possession of the two men, rather were allegedly found during a vehicle search in the car's center console. The men reportedly denied that the drugs were theirs, according to the Trumbull Times.
