PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- After a dozen years as a trustee on the Pleasantville Village Board, Jonathan Cunningham has decided against re-election this year, according to a report by The Examiner.
Cunningham believes that he played a role in Pleasantville's fiscal situation, which has improved over the last decade, the report said.
No petitions have been filed yet for the March 18 election, and three seats will now be open as Trustee Colleen Griffin-Wagner and Mayor Peter Scherer reach the end of their terms, the report said.
