PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. - Joseph J. Loguercio (Lewis) of Pleasantville died April 23. He was 82.
Loguercio was born July 30, 1930, son of John and Catherine Loguercio. He served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1958. He was a Union plumber, with Local 21 of the Plumbers & Pipefitters Union. He was a member of the American Legion Post 1574 in Thornwood, and was a member of Holy Innocents Church, and the Mount Pleasant Senior Citizens.
Loguerico is survived by his sons, John, Robert and Roy Loguercio; his sister, Madeline Antonecchia; his brother, Rocco Lewis; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Irene (Goodhart); and his sister, Rose Murphy.
Calling hours are Friday, April 26 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home, Inc. , Pleasantville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, April 27 at 11 a.m. at Holy Innocents Church, Pleasantville. Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery, Pleasantville.
