Mount Pleasant Library Cookbook Club Discusses Spring Soups, Stews

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- The Mount Pleasant Public Library's cookbook club will meet on Monday, April 18.

Spring soups and stews will be the topic of the next Mount Pleasant Public Library cookbook club meeting.

The theme for the upcoming meeting will be spring soups and stews. Participants will select a recipe for a spring soup or stew from a cookbook of their choice. They will prepare the recipe at home and bring the cookbook and the prepared dish to the meeting.

The group will taste the food and discuss the recipes and cookbooks. If interested in attending, register here.

The meeting will be from 7 - 8:30 p.m.

The library is at 350 Bedford Road, Pleasantville.
