I-684, Route 22 Crashes Cause Morning Delays

It was a slow go for many motorists in the area Thursday morning with delays on two of the most traveled roadways.

A crash that initially blocked two lanes on northbound I-684 at Route 120 in Purchase (Exit 2), causing gridlock to I-287 and also rubbernecking delays on the southbound side.

There was stop-and-go traffic on southbound Route 22 after a serious crash near the Putnam/Northern Westchester border at Route 6/East Main Street and stop-and-go traffic back to I-84.
