A stretch of the Bear Mountain Parkway has reopened after being closed in both directions Tuesday morning following a serious crash with injuries reported near the Cortlandt/Peekskill border.
The crash occurred around 7:15 a.m. with the hour-long closure between Route 9 and Highland Avenue.
