PURCHASE, N.Y. - The Pleasantville girls basketball team won its second consecutive game Tuesday, topping host Keio School 51-23.
The Panthers (2-2), who opened an 11-point halftime lead and extended the lead to 18 after three quarters, were led by AnnMarie DiCarlo, who had 21 points and four rebounds, and Zaria Cobbs, who added 10 points.
Pleasantville defeated Port Chester in Saturdays consolation game of the Elmsford Tournament, which was the first win for first-year head coach Myndi Hill.
Keio was led by Sae Toyomura, who scored 12 points.
Pleasantville will visit Fox Lane Thursday at 4:15 p.m. and then will host Spring Valley Monday at 4:30 p.m.
