Pace Equestrian Finishes Ninth at All-Region Event

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Pace’s equestrian team finished ninth in the All-Region show at Briarwood Farms in Flemington, N.J. Saturday.

Amanda Lackaye and Delaney Maddia finished in fifth place in their respective divisions in Open Fences. Hatsue Matsuyama and Julia Bowler did the same in Novice Fences, while Tori-Ann Lena placed fourth in her division.

Lackaye placed sixth in Open Flat and Matsuyama took fourth in Intermediate Flat. Kathleen Marcason finished second in Novice Flat while Kathryn Tompkins took fifth place. Emily Blakely finished fifth in Walk Trot Canter and Candice Mercado placed third in Walk Trot.

Pace will participate next in the IHSA Regionals at Centenary College on Saturday.
