Liana Frasca and Nickolas Andreacchi were chosen to represent the school at the conference, which represents the highest level of achievement that a high school musician can attain within New York State.

Justin Maldonado, meanwhile, performed with the All- National Honors Mixed Choir at the National Asso- ciation for Music Education’s gala concert in Nash- ville, Tennessee, on Oct. 30.

He is one of five vocalists in Westchester County and 37 from New York State in the 350-member choir.

Also performing will be a symphony orchestra and a concert band of 150 instrumentalists each, and a jazz ensemble of 20. All qualified for their state-level honor ensemble program in 2012-2013 and competed against the top students in the country for their spots.
