“I’m thankful and honored to be accepting this leadership role from Jo Falcone, who has been a wonderful figure within the Rand community and truly helped in bringing out the best in both this office and the company as a whole,” said Ashkinos.

Ashkinos has been in the real estate business since 1975, has worked in management and sales with Rand Realty since 1984, and is also the senior manager of the company.

“Although I’m going to miss working with such an excellent group of people, I know that my position is in the best of care with Arlyne,” said Falcone.  “Her laudable and extensive background in real estate is perfect for this job, and I’m sure Arlyne will make all of us proud with what she can accomplish.”

Falcone has been a licensed agent since 1987 and has expressed her love of the Westchester area by being firmly committed to serving the needs of her clients and involving herself in the community, including taking part in many non-profits.

“We are so proud to have had Jo on our management team and look forward to her continued leadership within the community and her continued success in real estate,” said Matthew Rand, Managing Partner of Rand Realty.  “I want to personally thank Jo for all she has done for the company, her agents, and the community, and I wish her the absolute best in all that comes next.

“Arlyne is one of the longest-serving leaders in Rand Realty, and she will be a major asset to the agents of the Thornwood office while she continues in her role as a trainer and coach across the company,” said Rand.
