Diaconis, a lifelong member of the Democratic Party, served on the Town of New Castle’s Town Board for five years, then as New Castle’s Town co-prosecutor for four years before moving to North Castle five years ago, according to the report.
District 3 includes North Castle, Mount Pleasant, part of Greenburgh and the villages of Briarcliff Manor, Pleasantville and Sleepy Hollow, according to North Castle Daily News.
