A Carthage Lane resident reported to police that while she was parked at Supply Field for the game, someone had entered her Mercedes-Benz from the passenger’s side door and took the contents of her purse.

According to the woman, the purse was a “Todd Purse” valued at an estimated $1,200 with a Louis Vuitton wallet ($300) containing $100 in cash, a set of prescription glasses ($1,000) and her work issued iPad Pro ($750), as well as several personal items.

While speaking with officers at the field, police said that she got an alert on her phone that stated a purchase had just been made for $1,011.90 on her credit card from a Walgreens location.

Police said that the victim and her husband are in the process of canceling any credit cards and she spoke with her employer to begin the process of wiping the stolen iPad clean. The incident is under investigation by police.
