ARMONK, N.Y. – New York State Police issued 74 tickets for speeding in a six-hour span Thursday along Interstate 684 in Westchester County.

The speed detail ran from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m., and 85 tickets were issued in total, with the 11 others for non-speeding infractions.
