Planning Commission meeting: 8 p.m. The commission will be reviewing a proposal to establish Aunt B's Yogurt Bar at 351 Manville Road. Village hall, second floor.
Knitting Class : 3:15 p.m. There will be a class for beginning knitters who want to learn knitting basics. The event is for students in grades 5-8. Space is limited so registration is required. All materials will be supplied. Mount Pleasant Library.
Alfred Hitchcock Film Showing and Q&A: 7:30 p.m. Russell Treyz, Terrence OBrien and Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival actors Richard Ercole and Gabra Zackman will discuss and demonstrate how Alfred Hitchcock's film, "39 Steps," was, frame by frame, adapted into a stage play. Jacob Burns Film Center.

An Evening with John Pizzarelli: 7:30 p.m. Singer/guitarist John Pizzarelli will return to the Jacob Burns Film Center after last years sold-out performance to celebrate the release of his latest album, Double Exposure, which was recorded right in the Jacob Burns Media Arts Lab.
