Upcoming Meetings Scheduled in Pleasantville

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – There are some important meetings coming up this week for residents of Pleasantville. These village meetings are great ways to stay informed about happenings in Pleasantville and also what the village has planned for the future.

On Monday, the village board of trustees will hold its regular meeting at 8 p.m. Board of trustees meetings are held on the second floor of the Village Hall at 80 Wheeler Avenue. They are open to the public. Pleasantville Community Television Network, PCTV, airs a live broadcast of all meetings and allows residents to call in from their location to ask questions to the board on any issues or concerns they may have. For any questions prior to the meeting, residents should contact Village Administrator Patricia Dwyer 914-769-1900 or the Village Clerk, Judy Weintraub, at 914-769-1975.

This week, the village board of trustees plans to discuss issues such as the parking permit tag rates for the new municipal parking lot.

The planning commission will meet this week as well, on Wednesday at 8 p.m. This meeting will also take place at Village Hall. The planning commission deals with many development projects in Pleasantville.
