PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. - It's been almost 10 years since the terrible attacks that took place on Sept. 11, 2001. The Daily Pleasantville is looking for stories about Sept. 11 and how we, as a nation suffered, reacted and came to grips with the terrorist attacks in which more than 3,000 people died.

How did your community come together immediately following September 11? Does your community still have this spirit today?

This is the second of 10 questions that we will be asking our readers over the next month leading up to September 11. Last week, we asked readers where they were on that fateful day when they first heard of the attacks.
