Saw Mill River Parkway Reopens After Multi-Vehicle Crash

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A stretch of the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway on the Mount Kisco-Chappaqua border reopened Monday morning after a multi-vehicle accident resulted in its closure.

The closure was between Croton Avenue (Exit 36) and Reader's Digest Road (Exit 33). It occurred shortly after 6 a.m. following an accident reportedly involving five vehicles, with three overturned vehicles.

Farther south on the Saw Mill, the right lane was blocked between I-287 and Cyrus Field Road in Greenburgh following an accident, resulting in stop-and-go traffic.

An accident was also reported on the westbound Cross County Parkway between the Bronx River Parkway (Exit 6) and I-87 (Exit 4) at 7:30 a.m., resulting in stop-and-go traffic.
