NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- A stretch of Route 120 has reopened Tuesday afternoon after a downed tree and wires caused its closure.
The closure was between Kipp Street and Douglas Road, and began at around 6:30 a.m. The road opened by 2 p.m.
