PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Office buildings are coming down and housing is planned for a former Washington Avenue business complex in Pleasantville, according to the examinernews.com .

Horsham, Pa.-based housing developer Toll Brothers has site approvals but no building permits for the 68-unit project at 485 Washington Ave., acording to the article.

The approved plan has a larger footprint than the two office buildings being torn down.
