PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- A Pleasantville police officer has been suspended after reportedly making a Facebook post that was laced with profanities and racist comments about President Barack Obama, according to LoHud.com. 

Officer Peter Burns wrote the post on Wednesday, Dec. 11 and referred to President Obama as a "commie" and "un-American," according to LoHud.com.

Burns has been placed on paid leave until an investigation is complete, according to LoHud.com.
