The parade started by going up East Main Street before making a brief left detour onto West Main Street. From there, the parade turn and went down South Moger Avenue before taking a left to conclude on Green Street.
Westchester County Police lead the parade in a vehicle and a pair of motorcycles. The parade was the first for county police since they took over most law enforcement duties from the village police force last month.
An American Legion color guard and elected officials followed. Mount Kisco firefighters lead their counterparts by marching first, joined by a convoy of firetrucks and an antique apparatus.
Neighboring fire departments included Chappaqua, Millwood, Bedford Hills, Bedford, Katonah, Pound Ridge, Armonk, Pleasantville and Banksville. Other participating firefighters came from Thornwood, Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, New Canaan, Danbury, Greenwich, Stamford and Ardsley.
