Lane Closures Planned For I-684

HARRISON, N.Y. – Drivers in and around Harrison should be aware that the right and center lanes of I-684 north are going to be closed for a stretch starting next week for construction.

From Tuesday, Sept. 22, to Friday, Sept. 25, the stretch of 1-684 north from the Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 1, the I-287 entrance ramp, will be closed for maintenance if weather permits.

Work is expected to take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.

Motorists are reminded that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone as well.
