Free Kids' Activities in Pleasantville & Chappaqua

Here is a list of FREE things to do this weekend with your kids:

Go to a local park, Gedney Park in Chappaqua or Nannahagan Park in Pleasantville, and enjoy their playgrounds, as well as fishing, bike riding, walking or just some exploration! Pleasantville also offers a pool with basketball courts.

If you’re looking to stay cool, the Chappaqua Library offers story time, “All Together Now”, at 11 a.m., for children ages birth to five years old with the accompaniment of an adult.

Saturday is the 74th annual Chappaqua Strawberry Festival from 11 a.m to. 4 p.m. at St. Mary the Virgin Church on South Greeley Avenue. The festival offers face-painting, an air castle, lollipop tree, and “pickpocket lady,” plus an assortment of games and prizes for children of all ages.

Every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Chappaqua Farmer’s Market offers kids’ activities like face painting and other arts and crafts for children.

The Pleasantville Farmer’s Market also runs every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and offers interactive kids’ activities like music with Miss Rhea.
