PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- The Saw Mill River Parkway is closed in both directions between Manville Road and Marble Avenue because of flooding, officials said.
"Motorists are advised to avoid this area," Pleasantville Village Administrator Patricia Dwyer said. "Several local streets are also flooding and may be closed to traffic until the water subsides."
