Chappaqua's Lange's Deli Helps Pleasantville's Hope's Door

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- In addition to serving food to local residents, Lange's Deli and Little Store in Chappaqua has been donating food to Hope's Door weekly for the past nine years. Hope's Door is a nonprofit that serves victims of domestic violence and their families.

“We are very lucky to be surrounded by such a supportive and generous community," said CarlLa Horton, executive director of Hope’s Door. "The Lange family and their caring staff are a perfect example of continued and big-hearted support.”

“The children are always so excited to see what’s in each container, and the women are  so appreciative of all Rich Lange and his team does for them,” said Martha Kohn, former vice president of the board of directors of Hope's Door.
