The Pleasantville Village Police had two reports of criminal mischief Saturday afternoon after a car was damaged on 51 Great Oak Lane and windows where broken on 5 Crawford Street in Pleasantville.
At 1:35 on Saturday, a parked car at 51 Great Oak Lane was reported with two flat tires and scrapes to the paint. Two hours later, a home's windows were broken at 5 Crawford Street. Both crimes are still under investigation.

Thursday was a busy day at the Pleasantville commuter rail station. A suspicious package was found on the platform at 4:43 but it turned out to be a forgotten item, nothing dangerous.
At 8:15, an 18-year old male from Hawthorne caused a disturbance and was apprehended by Metro Transit Authority (MTA) Police. No arrests were filed.
