Pleasantville Resident Speaking At Law Event

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Pleasantville resident Dr. Susie Cheng, Partner and China Practice Group Chair at Leason Ellis in White Plains, will speak at an Asian American Bar Association Event of New York on March 7.

She will give the presentation “How to Prepare Your Clients for Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Protection in China" at Strategic & Tax Considerations in International IP Licenses & Portfolios as a featured speaker.

The event will take place at Seward & Kissel LLP at One Battery Park Plaza in New York City at 6:30 p.m. 

Jeff J. Kang, Associate at Seward & Kissel LLP will join Cheng as a panelist. 

Lee V. Pham, Director of Global Intellectual Property Strategy at American Express, will moderate. 

Cheng joined Leason Ellis as Partner in 2011. Prior to Leason Ellis, Cheng worked at Jones Day and Pennie & Edmonds. 

She is a registered patent attorney and eligible to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
