Lower East Side artist Richard Hambleton's “Beautiful Painting” works will exhibit at the Pocantico Hills location until June 23, according to ARTINFO.

Hambleton rose to fame in the 1980s with two other graffiti artists. He is known for his “Shadowman” life-size silhouette paintings during that period.

“In the past five years, Hambleton began making works in the “Beatiful Paintings” series, which are created by applying varnish, tinted enamel and silver leaf to canvas that is then mounted on wood, board, or a wooden door,” ARTINFO wrote. “These works, first shown in a sold out show at the Woodward Gallery in 2007, helped foster a new and eager market for Hambleton’s work.”
