The NBC-TV show followed Trump as he made a cameo appearance on the NBC soap opera “Days of Our Lives" which features Zucker, who at the time was the wife of actor Kyle Lowder, a Pleasantville native who also appeared on the show then.

Lowder appeared on "Days of our Lives" from 2000 to 2005. The 36-year-old Lowder and 42-year-old Zucker were married from 2002 to 2014, when they divorced. They have one child, a daughter, Isabelle, who was born in 2009.

Lowder is a 1998 graduate of Pleasantville High School, where he was starting quarterback for the Panthers' football team. He then enrolled at Syracuse University before leaving to pursue an acting career in Los Angeles.

Trump, the Republican nominee who owns an estate in Bedford, is facing a backlash and calls to withdraw from the race after the Friday release of the videotape that captured lewd comments about groping women that were captured by a hot microphone.

Trump had been married to third wife Melania Trump for four months when he made the lewd comments while inside a tour bus en route to taping the "Access Hollywood" segment.

Prior to stepping off the bus to meet Zucker, Trump said to "Access Hollywood" then-host Billy Bush, "I've gotta use some tic tacs, just in case I start kissing her."

"I'm automatically attracted to beautiful women — I just start kissing them, it's like a magnet," Trump said. "I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. ... Grab 'em by the (expletive deleted)."

Earlier in the conversation with Bush, Trump had talked about pursuing a married woman, identified Friday evening by "Access Hollywood" as the show's former anchor, Nancy O’Dell.

"I moved on her actually, she was down in Palm Beach and I failed, I'll admit it," Trump said in the audiotape. "I did try to (expletive deleted). She was married … and I moved on her very heavily."

The release of the video was first reported by The Washington Post on Friday afternoon.

Billy Bush is the cousin of former President George W. Bush and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and now appears on NBC's "Today" Show.

Zucker, who stills stars on "Days of our Lives, has not publicly commented on the release of the "Access Hollywood" video other than to tell a reporter from KCBS-TV who approached her outside her Los Angeles home Friday that "It's not about me."

Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford, also owns Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley in Stormville and Trump National Westchester in Briarcliff Manor. The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, Trump Park Residences in Yorktown and the Donald J. Trump State Park on the Westchester/Putnam border.

Kyle Lowder was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series in 2003 for his role on "Days of our Lives."

Lowder appeared in "Friends" as himself in the 2003 episode "The One with the Soap Opera Party."

Lowder went on to star on the CBS-TV soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful" before leaving in January 2011 to focus on the release of his debut CD. It charted at #3 on iTunes in the Classical Crossover category.
