"Stories We Tell," a new doc from Oscar-nominated filmmaker Sarah Polley, opens Fri. May 17. " Kon-Tiki," the story of a Norwegian explorer's journey across the Pacific Ocean, continues this week.
"Classic Italian Cinema" series concludes with a newly restored print of " Journey to Italy" (Viaggio in Italia), " The Leopard," and "D eath Rides a Horse."
Catch the live broadcast of "This House" ("NT Live") Thursday at 2 p.m. A rebroadcast of "This House" takes place on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Recently nominated for two Olivier Awards (Best New Play and Best Director), this energetic and biting production is not to be missed.
A screening of "Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry" followed by a Q&A with filmmaker Alison Klayman takes place on Thursday at 7:15 p.m.
Filmmaker Noah Baumbach joins a screening of his critically-praised new film "Frances Ha," followed by Q&A with New York Times critic Janet Maslin on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
Tonight's "Celebrating Bobby Troup with the John Pizzarelli Quartet" ("Jazz Sessions") will begin at 7:45 pm. Please note the time change. The performance is sold out, however, unredeemed tickets may become available. Sign up at the box office for the stand-by line one hour before showtime.
