THORNWOOD, N.Y. – Here’s a list of events taking place this weekend around Mount Pleasant.

Friday, Oct. 12

Meet the Artists Show: 8:30 a.m. The Westchester Fine Craft Show will host a ‘Meet the Artists’ session at the Westchester County Center, Route 119 at Central Ave 
White Plains. Tickets are $40 and benefit the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. 

Saturday, Oct. 13

Farmers' Market: 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Pleasantville Farmers' Market in Memorial Plaza will be open Saturday for residents to purchase various fresh goods. Memorial Plaza, Pleasantville.

Halloween Costume Swap: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Residents can come to the gazebo in Memorial Plaza to donate or swap used Halloween costumes. The swap is free to participate and a donation is not necessary to take a costume. Memorial Plaza, Pleasantville.

Sunday, Oct. 14

Hands on Gardening: 11 a.m. The Stone Barns Center in Pocantico Hills will host a gardening course where residents will have the change to participate in harvesting and tasting the many crops growing in the center’s fields. Admission is $10. 630 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills.
