PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Up in Arms Puppet Theater will present "Tortoise and Hare’s Race to Health" at the Mount Pleasant Public Library on Wednesday, July 13.

Children ages 3 through 8 are invited to join Mr. I, The Library Guy (Alex Ishkanian, real-life school librarian), for a retelling of Aesop's fable using a cast of colorful puppets, in which friends find different solutions through books.

This program uses interactive songs and movement to help people prepare for a race that everyone can win: becoming their healthiest selves.

No registration is required for this free program.

The program will be from 4 - 4:45 p.m.
