Pleasantville's Jacob Burns Center Previews 'The Little Prince'

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- The Jacob Burns Film Center in Pleasantville will hold Viewing & Doing: An Afternoon of Film & Family Fun on Sunday.

The Jacob Burns Film Center will screen the animated film "The Little Prince" as part of its Viewing & Doing: An Afternoon of Film & Family Fun event on Sunday.

The event will include a preview screening of director Mark Osbourne's 3-D stop-motion-animated adventure fantasy film "The Little Prince."

Following the film, there will be an intergenerational and interactive party throughout the entire Media Arts Lab inspired by the animation, technology and story of "The Little Prince."

Featured activities will include: Green Screen Dance Party, Sound Effects Design, Animation Stations and more.

This event is a benefit supporting the center's education and outreach programs. Tickets start at $40. Ticket packages start at $175. There is limited availability, first-come, first-served. Click here to purchase tickets and for additional information.

The event is for ages 4 and older. All children younger than 14 must be accompanied by at least one adult.

The event starts at noon.

The Jacob Burns Film Center is at 364 Manville Road, Pleasantville.
