PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Registration is still open for the Westchester Table Tennis Kids and Teens Tournament on Oct. 5 in Pleasantville.

The Westchester Table Tennis Tournament starts at 11 a.m. Oct. 5 at 175 Tompkins Ave. in Pleasantville and features individual events for kids between 10 and 16 years old, according to a press release. Kids entering the tournament must be 16 years old or under on the day of the tournament, according to the release.

"Each player will compete in a round robin group, in which every player will play every other player in the group," according to the release. "A match consists of the best of 5 games to 11 points. USATT rules apply. The player in each group with the best record will advance to the playoffs, which will be single?elimination. Best record means the most matches won, followed by (in case of a tie) most games won, then (in case of a further tie) most points won."

Registration is available for $25 at the Westchester Table Tennis website . First place for each event is $50.
