PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- The Pleasantville Recreation Department is hosting a dinner and movie night for children in fifth- through seventh-grade on Friday, April 4.

Kids will be taken to the Saw Mill Multiplex to see "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" and a meal at Applebee's.

The fee for the event is $40 and includes movie admission, meal, transportation and supervision from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The bus will depart for the movie theater from the Recreation Center promptly at 4 p.m.

Parents are asked to register their children by Wednesday, April 2, in order to prevent cancellation of the event. Call 914-769-7950 to register.
