SF JAZZ Collective Performs the Music of Stevie Wonder

On March 9, The SF JAZZ Collective, a unique working jazz band, performs at Peekskill's Paramount. Each year accomplished stars from various ensembles park their own bands to participate in a genuine collective that looks back and re-arranges famous compositions from past jazz masters, including Coltrane, Hancock, Coleman, Shorter, Monk and Tyner, as well as adding original compositions informed by this rich history. This year, the Collective explores the compositions of the incomparable Stevie Wonder.This tour engagement of SF JAZZ Collective is funded through the Mid Atlantic Foundation’s Jazz touring Network Program with support from the National Endowment for the Arts.Tickets are $25-$45.
