Mount Pleasant Library Plans Cookbook Club Meeting

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- The Mount Pleasant Public Library will hold its August Cookbook Club meeting on Monday, Aug. 1, in the Main Library in Pleasantville.

The theme of the meeting will be Summer Salads.

The meeting will be led by local cookbook author and Mount Pleasant resident Rinku Bhattacharya. The theme will be Summer Salads.

Participants will select a recipe from a cookbook of their choice. They will prepare the recipe at home and bring the prepared dish to the meeting. The group will discuss the recipes and the cookbooks.
