Hudson Chorale Hosts Tag Sale In Pleasantville

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- There will be a tag sale to benefit the Hudson Chorale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 23-24 in Pleasantville.

Donated items to be sold include used and antique furniture, collectibles, jewelry, appliances, housewares, CDs, DVDs, books, toys, sports equipment, good used clothing and accessories, bed and bath items, decorative art and more.

The event is free and there will be an early bird special from 8-9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23 with a $10 admission. The sale is at 107 Bedford Road at the corner of Manville Road (Route 117).

All proceeds will benefit Hudson Chorale, the area’s largest not-for-profit community chorus. Weekly rehearsals are held at the Pleasantville Presbyterian Church, and members come from throughout Westchester and the surrounding counties. The chorus performs a wide range of music featuring both traditional and contemporary composers. The chorus’ next concert is Jan. 24.
