PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Pleasantville's Jacob Burns Film Center is presenting a special night with actress Bebe Neuwirth.
Neuwirth and friends are hosting a preview of the short film "Jerome's Bouquet" on Oct. 22, according to a press release. Neuwirth, a two-time Emmy and two-time Tony award winner, and JBFC Executive Director Steve Apkon will host the event prior to a preview of the short film, according to the release. Neuwirth co-directed the film with husband Chris Calkins.
"The film is a delightful story about 82 year-old Elena Klein, a retired florist who can't stop arranging...people's lives," representatives said in the press release.
A Q&A with Bebe Neuwirth, Chris Calkins, Suzanne Shepherd, Nikhil Melnechuk, Judd Frankel and Zach Halberd will follow the program.
Tickets are $20 for members and $20 for non-members. Those interested in purchasing tickets may do so at the Jacob Burns Film Center website.
