Bueti is waiting for approval from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to open Locali at the Mount Kisco Train Station. The restaurant will replace Via Vanti. Locali also has a location in New Canaan.

The restaurant will feature more entrees and pizza dishes than the New Canaan location, with the pizza made in a wood fired oven.

"It's a great location," Bueti, a Mount Kisco resident, said. "Downtown Mount Kisco could really use a great Italian restaurant. Being in a historical building gives it a great feel."

Bueti said they plan on offering a service to allow commuters to order food from their phones while they are on the train. Bueti said his Italian food is "cleaner with a more modern twist."

"We don't use a lot of heavy red sauce," Bueti said. "We pride ourselves on offering fresh ingredients."

Bueti is a Westchester restaurateur, owning the Village Social in Mount Kisco and Village Social in Rye, and is about to open Pub Street at the Pleasantville train station.

"We manage everything from top to bottom," Bueti said. "A lot of people have been with our group for years. We are dedicated and passionate about what we do. We want to give our customers the hospitality they deserve."

Bueti said he stops by each of his restaurants every day. The Mount Kisco resident said he is excited about bringing another restaurant to the community.

"Mount Kisco has a great community feel," Bueti said. "It's nice to see the faces I grew up with. It's such a great town."
